16 of our very own tumbling and trampoline athletes are in Virginia Beach this week at the NATIONAL Tumbling and Trampoline Championships! We are anxiously awaiting their results!!! Please come and support our DGF Competitive Girls Gymnastics Team on Friday, July 9 and Saturday July 10th from 8:00am - 4:00pm. The sale items will be located in our upstairs balcony!
July 9th - TARGET CAMP
Sign up for this 2 hour targeted camp designed to help your child on one specific event. Many children find themselves struggling with that "one skill" that is keeping them from moving up to that next level. This camp is for you! The children will work on strength and conditioning skills that will help them improve in areas that they need help! This camp is only $20! Call to sign up!
