We have made some changes to our recreational gymnastics classes that we feel will provide the best possible experience for your child. We have adjusted the skill requirements for each level to allow your child to feel more successful and move up through our recreational program. Please be aware that this may change the level that your child is currently enrollend in. If you are unsure about what level to sign up for, we ask that you sign up for a LEVEL 1 beginner class as a trial and your child can be evaluated. All recreational gymnasts will participate in our new STAR program...read more! We will also be implementing a new TEAM TEACHING approach with our recreational classes. Classes will now be 1 hour long and the coaches will rotate classes each week. This will allow for your child to get to know more of our coaches and experience different teaching styles in a fun way! All classes will warm up and stretch together, then will be divided into their classes to proceed to the first event. All classes will rotate to their second event for the week and then come back together at the end for cool-down and a conditioning game!
