This 30 minute class once a week introduces the basics of gymnastics. Parents participate in the class alongside their child while an instructor demonstrates the proper techniques for spotting. Both boys and girls are welcome! Fee: $40/mo. (No membership fee)

This 45 minute class once a week introduces the basics of gymnastics through four areas of focus including tumbling, balance beam, bars, and gross motor. Parents DO NOT participate but are welcome to observe the class. Fee: $45/mo.
Girls Gymnastics
5 yrs. and up
We offer recreational gymnastics classes for varying levels of skill and experience as well as a wide range of ages. From beginner to advanced, you're sure to find a class to fit your needs. These classes are 1 hour long and will cover all four gymnastics events for girls: uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise, and vault. Fee: $50/mo.
Advanced Girls Gymnastics
Middle School - High School
Designed for experienced gymnasts, the advanced girls class offers an "open workout" format for those that like to move at their own pace. Coaches provide spotting and instruction when necessary. Fee: $15/class. (No membership fee)
Boys Gymnastics
5 yrs. and up
We offer recreational gymnastics classes for varying levels of skill and experience as well as a wide range of ages. From beginner to advanced, you're sure to find a class to fit your needs. These classes are 1 hour long and will cover all six gymnastics events for boys: high bar, parallel bars, floor exercise, vault, still rings, and pommel horse. Fee: $50/mo.
Sports Acro
5 yrs. and up
We are excited to introduce our new Sports Acro class! This 60 minute class will incorporate both dance and acrobatic skills. Acrobatic skills are similar in nature to cheer skills and stunts. For beginners to advanced, this class is sure engage all students. Participants will be paired up and start out learning basic balancing and dynamic skills including holding and tossing skills. A one minute routine incorporating the new skills will be taught and performed at an end of session talent show. Fee: $50/6 weeks
Tumbling
5 yrs. and up
45 minute tumbling classes are available for beginners as well as intermediate tumblers. We also offer tumbling classes dedicated to learning back-handsprings which is popular among cheerleaders. Tumbling classes do not include any skills involving any of the gymnastics apparatus. Boys and girls are welcome! Fee: $45/mo. (depending on class)

5 -8 yrs.
This is a 45 minute class for children, ages 5-8. This class is designed to work on introductory skills that will lead to power-tumbling. Children must be able to follow directions in a structured environment. *A trial class is required for enrollment. Fee: $45/mo. Thursdays @ 4:45pm.
Trampoline
5 yrs. and up
Trampoline classes are offered for those who like to bounce! Boys and girls are welcome in these 45 minute classes that teach everything from the basics of bouncing to the most advanced skills on trampoline. Fee: $45/mo.
Parkour
8 yrs. and up
Parkour is a class designed to heighten the body’s natural movement elements such as strength, speed, balance, coordination, precision, power, and endurance. As you advance, we will move into "freerunning" which includes flips and parkour. Fee: $50/mo.
